Vanlo purposely avoids the limelight. Most of our programs are secrets - shhhhh. And we want to keep them that way so we can keep the programs going :)

Vanlo is focused on adding new programs around the largest expenses for a business. 80% of expenses are the same from company to company. We want cheaper pricing for that 80%!

Vanlo makes money off of two potential revenue models: subscriptions, and program commission.
How does billing work?
There are two types of billing within Vanlo: program billing, which is dependant on the partner supplying the services, and vanlo billing, which is for being apart of the buying group.
How are payments made? Are there credit card fees?
We have partnered with Stripe and Plaid as our payment processors. Go to your billing page to add your credit card or bank account. Note: if you pay with credit card there is an additional 3% fee.

You can find all the receipts and billing history in the billing dashboard.
My subscription payment keeps failing, what can it be?
If you are paying via your bank account, you might need to tell your bank to allow Vanlo to pull fund from its bank account. Contact [email protected] to figure out what exactly happened.

Nope, just email support. However, we constantly check [email protected] to solve any customer issues.

Reach out to your account manager to see what programs you qualify for. Not all members qualify for all programs.

Why isn’t there a list of programs posted on your website?
Not all members qualify for all programs. Through information that you give to our team, we can place you into the right programs that you qualify for.

We currently have around a dozen programs.
Are some programs more developed than others?
Yes - discounts for some programs are better than others.
Why do you focus your programs on shipping, insurance, and platforms?
These are the largest expenses for small eCommerce companies that can be significantly decreased through volume pricing and the right relationship.

Billing for your membership is through Vanlo. However, any product you purchase through our programs is through the vendor responsible for the program themselves.

Vanlo is a buying group for ecommerce companies. We focus on cost cutting so you don’t have to. We not only leveraging our aggregated volume but also make it our focus so you don’t have to.

How much does Vanlo make off of their programs?
From the subscription plans we charge our customers or from the program vendors themselves. We never double dip (get a monthly membership and compensation from vendors).
Does Vanlo get paid by program vendors?
Sometimes. But we never charge you if we are getting compensated by the vendor. Usually, it’s a small percentage of your spend on the program.
Do you give compensation for referrals?

How much of your business is from referrals?
Over 80% of our members are referrals. Keep them coming!
How do I refer my friends?
