There are two types of billing within Vanlo: program billing, which is dependant on the partner supplying the services, and vanlo billing, which is for being apart of the buying group.
We have partnered with Stripe and Plaid as our payment processors. Go to your billing page to add your credit card or bank account. Note: if you pay with credit card there is an additional 3% fee.

From the subscription plans we charge our customers or from the program vendors themselves. We never double dip (get a monthly membership and compensation from vendors).
Sometimes. But we never charge you if we are getting compensated by the vendor. Usually, it’s a small percentage of your spend on the program.
